Growing vegetables on an apartment balcony

Posted by Lisa Fontaine

📍 Tampa , FL

Five gallon buckets work for most things. Tomatoes, peppers, herbs, lettuce, and dwarf beans all do well in containers. Full sun exposure is the main limiting factor. I produce about 30% of my vegetable needs from June through October from a 60 square foot balcony.
