Apparently it looks like Ted will not get a 3rd season as production costs were way to expensive. But I feel like this is one of the rare occasions were a show definitely needs another season. Matty character arc this season was kinda underwhelming it should've shown him becoming a more wise and accepting dad it was kinda heading towards that direction In s1 when he reluctantly accepts blaire being LGBT. John character arc was also kinda rushed he was trending towards him getting a girlfriend and becoming more confident but it rushed it in the finale. Susan also has a lot more storytelling to do. The finale was just way too rushed, Matty still kinda of a a******, Susan still insecure, John character arc to being confident a bit rushed. Ngl a 3rd final season would've helped the show a lot.
I would love more of the family here, the laughs in the Ted series are so much better (and smarter) than the Ted movies.
I mean, I enjoy both Ted movies, but Mark Wahlberg doesn't have the same rapport with the Teddy bear that the younger actor did.

They're just grosser characters as adults, which is funny, but there's a sweetness to the show that I like that isn't really part of the movie universe.

yeah, shame they didn't have a way to make it cheaper, because I really enjoyed the show and would have loved to see them take the characters further.
Blaire in particular didn't get much of an ending I feel.

They’re making more, it’s just going to be animated so it can exist at all.
