Why is it that Martha Stewart was sent to prison for insider trading while these people are allowed to do the exact same thing? I guess some people are "Above the Law". Elections can correct this.

Elections can't correct this by themselves, there has to be a national push to get money out of politics. Unfortunately, with the current corrupted Court, there's no chance since it is acting like an extension of the Trump Admin and not as part of the 3rd branch of government that is supposed to ensure the rights and freedoms of the American People.

Did you read the article? The trade was not processed, and if it had been processed, he would have lost 12% to date. A bit difficult to convict someone for insider trading on a losing trade which never happened.
