The man is a wonder. How he manages to sound drunk, angry and foolish every time he makes a public statement would be impressive under any other circumstances.

It's as if every insecure 12 y.o. who identified a little too much with his GI Joe dolls became SecDef. The little-d*** energy coming off him is truly breathtaking.

Rumor has it he has a massive c*** tho. I agree with you otherwise.

BurnedWitch88 Mar 27, 2026 +17
Did he start the rumour? Speaking only from my limited personal experience, guys who are actually packing are *never* this insecure.
17
Link50L Mar 27, 2026 +12
I think you misunderstood. It's not that he *has* a massive c***. It's that he *is* a massive c***.

You’re thinking of Hunter Biden.

FART_BARFER Mar 27, 2026 +19
Dude was disavowed by his own mother. That's about the worst indictment of a person's character you can get

BurnedWitch88 Mar 27, 2026 +1
For real. I'd probably find a way to support my kid even if he turned out to be a serial killer. (It's all my fault; he has a mental illness; etc.) But Pete's mom was like: "Bro, you ***suck***!" It's hard to even fathom. lol

scumrat_muggins Mar 27, 2026 +1
I mean, he’s at least two of those things like, 95% of the time

ChocolatePringlez Mar 27, 2026 +54
Nothing more Christian than asking for violence.

compostenvy Mar 27, 2026 +1
Ain’t no violence like Christian love
1
eric_ts Mar 27, 2026 +5
Nothing more Christ-like than peace and tolerance. Stormfront Christians, AKA MAGA, are perfectly fine with ultraviolence, racism, and xenophobia—also an extreme tolerance for any misdeeds done by any of their leaders, up to and including r*** and child trafficking.

I'm not a believer, but I attended 13 years of Catholic school and was dragged to mass weekly by my grandmother. I have vague memories of Jesus NOT being pro-violence., but I guess I just don't know the bible as well as Petey does.

bm1949 Mar 27, 2026 +7
I didn't do 13 years but yeah. These 700 club Christian nationalists ain't what they used to be.
7
LockNo2943 Mar 27, 2026 +39
I'll be honest, this christianization of the military is a bit concerning.
39
DeaditeBurgers Mar 27, 2026 +1
It should be. These ghouls are trying to turn this thing into some holy war.
1
HearsToTheDeaf Mar 27, 2026 +1
*Christianization of literally everything
1
RavensQueen502 Mar 27, 2026 +1
Especially since it is against both values. Christianity - at least the way it was with Christ - cannot support violence or military

"Turn the other cheek." Am I misreading the New Testament, the Sermon on the Mount?
12
SickOfEnggSpam Mar 27, 2026 +7
Seems like you missed the Parable of Committing War Crimes
7
Suspicious_Peak_1173 Mar 27, 2026 +3
I dare say I missed that one. Will re-read.

Special_Persimmon_52 Mar 27, 2026 +21
He is a sick, sick man. And not much of a Christian, if I do say so myself.
21
commitme Mar 27, 2026 +8
not much of a man if you ask me

[like Ricky Bobby as secretary of defense…](https://wasthatweird.ai/share/a1cf356b-6633-4d80-a3d3-409e68968db3) “dear baby Jesus, guide our tomahawk missiles with your godly baby vision” It really is beyond parody.

> "If Christ were here now, there is one thing he would not be—a Christian.” >Mark Twain
5
dukefan15 Mar 27, 2026 +1
Christ is unable to be a Christian… a Christian is a follower of Christ. You can’t follow yourself
1
Hayes4prez Mar 27, 2026 +1
Ah, so Mark Twain was just talking about a technicality got it.

WWJTWOV Who would Jesus target with overwhelming violence? Forget just chasing the money changes out of the Temple, it's time to escalate this mofo!

Tony2030 Mar 27, 2026 +3
Way to go. How un-Christlike or Anti-Christ, if you will.
3
Tbro20 Mar 27, 2026 +6
Hes reading Psalm. He is not reading the Lords Prayer. This man does not represent Christ's Church. He is fallen. Its ppl like him that is causing the death of the Church.
6
morbob Mar 27, 2026 +2
The man/ boy is absolutely nutty.
2
Metrinome Mar 27, 2026 +2
Every time he opens his mouth he just sounds like the most insecure idiot man-child imaginable (aside from Trump)
2
BurnedWitch88 Mar 27, 2026 +1
I honestly think he may be dumber than Trump, at least in some ways. Trump has some minor media skills -- used for evil, but he possesses them. But Hegseth -- despite spending his career on camera -- cannot speak in public without sounding deranged. Like, literally every single time. It's amazing when you think about it.
1
Prior_Implement_9279 Mar 27, 2026 +2
I wonder how many wish the same for him?
2

"Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword." Matthew 26, 26:52 Live by the sword… die by the sword? Sounds like Jesus was a fan of Karma. Pete… you might want to familiarize yourself with this guy.

Behold, wrath. We have gluttony, envy, and lust as president. We had vanity at DHS, greed on the supreme court, sloth in congress. Good signs all around.
5
BurnedWitch88 Mar 27, 2026 +1
And we already had the plague, next up ... locusts?

I’m sure this is exactly what God had in mind. Blessed are the meek a******.

Jesus would flip the tables in this fuckers' market 1000%

Hegseth is no Christian and his actions prove it...
1
Icy_Ratio6281 Mar 27, 2026 +1
I don't think he worships the same God as the rest of us.
1
aaaanoon Mar 27, 2026 +1
He probably does. That's not the troubling part.

So we can't reasonably attack Kharj Island with no plan for the aftermath, no solutions for the repercussions of out-of- sight oil prices. It is a trophy. The mission seems to be evolving day to day. The Pentagon has to keep coming up with a plan to satisfy Donald. What a mess "we" have gotten ourselves into. Again

Hmm, is that faithful to Jesus?..."Jesus said, If you love me, you will keep my commandments: love your enemies, love your neighbor as yourself, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, forgive seventy times seven, turn the other cheek, bless those who persecute you, do good to those who hate you, welcome the stranger, feed the poor, do not judge lest you be judged, the first shall be last and the last shall be first, woe to you who are rich, put away your sword, blessed are the peacemakers, blessed are the merciful, blessed are the meek." Uh, nope. I guess Hegseth has no love for Jesus.

davidsd Mar 27, 2026 +1
Been this way at least since Roman Catholicism took over. The rest is just lipstick.
1
BurnedWitch88 Mar 27, 2026 +7
I'm not Catholic, but I was raised in it and I don't know ANY actual Catholic who would be down with this, even among Trump supporters. I have plenty of issues with the Roman church, but they generally get it right when it comes to "war = bad." ETA: Even among my Catholic friends who are Republicans, 95% of them despise Trump and his enablers. This is largely a fundie problem, not a Catholic one.
