I wanted to go watch project hail mary but I'm not sure what will be the best screening for it I live in india and right now only 3 options are available
2D 4DX and MX4D I asked my friends about this and they all have mix answers so anyone who has watched the movie would you be kind enough to share your experience and suggestions
I caught Project Hail Mary in regular 2D and tbh that's probably your best bet. The movie has a lot of dialogue-heavy scenes and emotional moments that you don't want disrupted by seats shaking around or water spraying at you. 4DX and MX4D can be fun for action blockbusters but they tend to pull you out of the story when you're trying to focus on character development and plot
The sci-fi elements are stunning enough in regular format and you'll actually be able to hear all the dialogue clearly without mechanical distractions. Save the motion seats for something like Fast & Furious where the chaos is part of the appeal, not for a thoughtful space drama like this one
