here are my favorite movies of 2026 so far.

Posted by herequeerandgreat

with march quickly coming to an end, we are rapidly approaching the end of the first 3rd of 2026. prior to this year beginning, i predicted that it would be one of the best years of this century for movies. however, it seems as though that has not been the case yet. there are still nine months left in the year and a variety of really good looking projects coming out throughout the months so there is still plenty of time for things to change. however, as of right now, here are my favorite movies of the 2026 so far. 6: dead man's wire 5: they will kill you 4: good luck, have fun, don't die 3: send help 2: goat 1: project hail mary

Haven't seen Project Hail Mary yet but it's been on my list. How's the adaptation compared to the book?

It took away a lot of the science monologues but kept all of the heart. It's a great flick and mostly faithful to the book.

I've only seen 28YL The Bone Temple thus far, which I loved (I wasn't a fan of 28 Years Later from 2025).
