Homemade stock is the foundation of good cooking

Chicken stock from rotisserie bones, vegetable stock from scraps I keep in a freezer bag, and beef stock from roasted bones once a month. Freeze in ice cube trays then bag them. Having real stock changes everything from rice to sauces to soups. Cartons from the store are not the same thing.
