That's not a bad propaganda victory for the Democrats, even if the deal passed in the Senate was admittedly weak to begin with, having no reforms to ICE, for example.

At this point, I’m wondering if they would be willing to help people get out and go to Europe, Australia, Canada. We’d all have freedom, healthcare, and life quality. They will keep Trump’s loyal followers who can be ruled by him. He can even keep making stuff up to keep them angry.

House is still in recess right now - this isn't set in stone yet. They're definitely swinging for the fences, but no vote has taken place.
