ICE got a check bigger than the GDP of many countries, with enough padding to keep them funded for a long time (as long as they don't piss it all away on commercials). They literally don't need any money.

Let's be really f****** clear. ICE is already funded. This is to purely make things as awful as possible. They want to privatize the TSA. It's in the Project 2025.
