How are you guys spending your weekend?

Happy weekend! Honestly, I’m in full 'rot on the couch' mode and it feels glorious. I’ve got a mountain of snacks, a show I’ve already seen three times playing in the background, and absolutely zero plans to put on real pants until Monday. What about you? Are you doing the 'productive weekend' thing or are you joining me in the 'professional slacking' department?

Went “No Kings” rally.

This morning me and my husband took the grandkids to a local farm for Easter fun - egg hunt, riding a "train" pulled by a tractor, bouncy house, feeding all kinds of animals sliced carrots, you know, just like Jesus. I went to a No Kings event in the afternoon. Probably finishing up season 3 of Ted Lasso with my stepdaughter tonight.

Hello! hope you are having a nice weekend too! I usually play video games. Almost every of my weekend is spent on video games. From Friday evening to Saturday all day, video games. On Sunday it depends. If I have something to work with, I will TRY to spend less time on video games

Today I went swimming for an hour and a half , then came home and read a book, then heated up leftover spaghetti. Tomorrow I will be binge watching Downton Abbey with my oldest son.

Mainly relaxing and catching up on things around the house.

It's pollen season in the deep South and everything is covered with yellow pine pollen sneezing and watery eyes are normal so we are staying inside and watching Dark Winds. It's an excellent look at native culture and a crime drama with George RR Martin and Robert Redford as producers

I just got home from car shopping with the husband all day. Got ready to pull the trigger when he found the one he wanted to have to walk away bc we hadn't realized my license had expired this month on my bday. On the bright side he took out to breakfast and dinner and we got to spend the day together ;! In my Jammie's and ready to chill. Happy weekend!

My bf and I saw Slaughter to Prevail last night. It was a fun concert 🤘🏼🤘🏼Tonight I’m just watching movies and chilling on my couch because my bf is with his gf tonight.

Coffee, cigars, yard work, cigars, Costco and taking my 16 year old driving for his license.

I went for dinner with a coworker I'm dating. I know, probably a bad idea, but he's the most consistently considerate man I've met, so I'm going for it. We're seeing each other again today (Sunday).

Elite weekend formula: one errand, one good meal, one walk, and then absolutely nothing for a few hours with zero guilt. That’s when I know I’m actually recharging.

I have had a great time hanging with my boyfriend! We went to a reptile convention after brunch together, worked together to decorate a room in his house, then worked together to hang some things in mine. And then got dinner along with his puppy dog! Tomorrow I will be doing meal prep, get in a workout, and then me and my boyfriend will hang out with some friends and play board games. This has and will continue to be a great weekend!

I don't know... I tried to play video games but I just couldn't get myself to boot anything up and play it. I just watch some speedrunning streams and now it's 20-to-midnight xD.

Worked over time this morning, then some cleaning, sauna appointment, now just vegging out. Tomorrow is groceries, meal prep and some pickleball

Normally I’ll rot in bed and then to the couch if I don’t have any plans. Sometimes I’ll  join my family if they decide to go shopping or go out to local events.

Danced with my friends at a bar on Friday night. I rarely dance and it made me so happy. What a lovely time man. Been just rotting in the house all day Saturday with some beer and Sunday idk yet. Gotta get back in working out and going outside.

Laundry and cooking. I made a batch of rice krispy squares with the teens. The batch is gone now… I’ll be making another batch tomorrow. Teens eat so much.

I just want to tell you kids to enjoy your weekend, and enjoy your week as well! Im 59F and worked six, sometimes seven days a week. Either way Id always be super focused on the weekend coming! After a while life starts going by super fast. Try to enjoy your weeknights as you do your weekends and slow it down a notch. Peace!

Cleaning the inside of the oven the outside of the oven cleaning underneath the oven cleaning behind the oven, cleaning the racks in the oven, cleaning the grates for the stove and the knobs. Next will be the 9 foot high x 5 foot wide shower glass. Need a stepladder for that. Plus laundry and cat boxes and and and..

No happy news here. Navigating my sick 90+ mother's insistence on Medical Assistance in Dying is a position I never would've imagined being in. Dealing with a $5k rip-off by a contractor. HR is giving me a huge runaround trying to get my tax paperwork before the deadline. So I'll be spending the weekend simmering over shit that's renting an unhealthy amount of space in my head and spiking my stress level like crazy.

Doing nothing and somehow still tired. Perfect weekend though.

I am spending mine in bed, sleeping and watching sports. These last 4 weeks have kicked my ass in a way I never thought possible, and my body & brain are just done. Next week is shaping up to be just as brutal as the last 4 weeks, so I need to reset just to survive.

I cleaned, decorated, and cooked for my son's prom group of 10. Balloons, patio lights, garland around the dining area. Charcuterie, handmade pasta, vodka sauce, breadsticks, salad, and several desserts. I think it went pretty well, they're in there laughing and eating cake. I'm excited to drink a glass of wine and forage for any leftovers.

Randomly caught a cold so now I’m going playing games and practicing piano

I fixed a list of 15 typos on my website and made a post. Then I coded the next part of an arcade game clone that I've been working on for a couple weeks. I have this list of 5,000 careers/jobs on my website that I made a left sidebar alphabet navigation for a couple days ago and then implemented a real time search field in it in a way that the search function is now a plugin and then committed that to GitHub. And then I fixed the one bug in the clear search function. Then I had a stress event at 8am because it was getting too late for me to go to the grocery store because my work is unpaid and I have $23 to go 9 days on and I'm hypersensitive from 30 years of perfect pitch study. But I recovered well today and just told myself that it was too late to go and I have enough food to get by for today. Then I made some mac and cheese ( the evil stuff ) and took a nap. Then I put my nylons and s*** tube dress on, got the mail, and then played my newest Bob Mintzer transcription on the keyboard on my bed a few times while trying to not look at the keys. I kept on messing up going from the Bb down to the E of the C7 before going to F7 ( it's the five seven of five seven on that one, and it's cool how it was D7 before that ). Then I got on listnook. Now it's 6:45pm and I just ate 2 12" tortilla shells plain and I'm watching Revenge of the Sith. It's Yoda and Darth Sidious now. "Master Yoda. You survived." I don't have the volume on though. It was one of three DVDs I had in the 2000's. I was poor then too, but I made a million in there somewhere.

Just kind of hung out today. Did some dishes, took out trash, gamed a bit. Gotta stay up late because I'm on nights for another month or so and my workweek starts tomorrow. How did youuu spend your weekend?

We live in Alaska. It was 30 degrees today which just feels so much like spring after our winter of below zero temps, with five weeks at -10 or colder. We took the kids (almost 3 and almost 1) for a walk at a state park on nice snowy trails with a friend and her baby, then went to a brewery for a couple drinks, and had dinner out. Long day with the kids and a lot of work with them, but it was good. I also biked 8 miles and got quite cold but it was the second bike ride of spring so I’m happy winter is almost over.

I went to see a student strings orchestra perform. It was an exceptionally great experience!

Breakfast/coffee, worked a bit, cleaned, laundry, washed car, cleaned some more, exercised for an hour, grocery store, made dinner, made a breakfast casserole for the morning, watched basketball

I spent $11,000 for my dog (dachshund) to have IVDD surgery. I’m not doing a damn thing for the next month. I have to stay here with him while he’s crated because he has bad separation anxiety. Good thing I work from home….

I work about 25 hours on the weekends! Gym after my Shifts like clock work. Never miss a weekend work out. Meal prep on Saturday night :) I love my Routine.

rn i'm just vibing with some coffee and scrolling listnook before my next client shows up...

i worked late on Friday catching up on some things I've been behind on for weeks. That made me feel good. Then Saturday morning I helped a friend move some furniture to his new apartment. Saturday afternoon and evening, I took a nice long walk with my wife, we sat along the water in the harbor for a while and fed the fish. Now today I'll probably spend some time in the kitchen, doing some meal prep for the coming week.

I went for my long run this morning, I had brunch at home, and headed out to get my iced matcha latte. Spent the rest of my afternoon couch rotting.

A vacation on the beach or mountains just want to relax my mind

spending my weekend by doing nothing. just laying in bed or on the couch , watching a new Netflix show on my laptop, drinking a ton and cuddling with my dogs. i decided to have this weekend for myself and not talk to anyone . I'll catch up with family and friends on Monday

My weekend ain't going all to well but it's okay

It’s half way through Sunday now, but I had Friday off so my boyfriend and I tye dyed shirts with my little cousin and took her to the park! (She’s five and on spring break so it was a nice way to end the break for her) Saturday I rotted for a bit, did some annotations for my sociology class and then met up with an old friend bc she’s moving away :( Today I had a slow start, just trying to chip away at some more school work and then i’m meeting with a friend for coffee and going skiing! I usually work weekend so this has been really nice :)
