How do you take care of your health?

After getting an IV drip, I realize I need to take better care of my health. Lately I have been pushing myself too hard and got less sleeping hours. Hope everyone is healthy and feels good today!

I was pretty active but have been glued on my chair because of video editing. Gotta walk a bit 🫡

Bike commute everywhere with human only powered bicycle, and walk 15 minutes after every meal. Only eat between 7am to 3pm.

I'm ashamed to say I have yet to learn how to ride a bicycle but I love walking, even walked kilometers and still had energy. Solid habits you got friend 💪🏼

quit booze. low carbs. longer windows without eating. magnesium at night. maca in the morning.

I'm also lowering my carbs and eating more fiber and meat, and also have supplements to improve my muscular build.

Honestly sleep is the biggest one for me. If I don’t get enough, everything else kind of falls apart, energy, mood, even eating habits. I’ve been trying to keep it simple: decent sleep, drink more water than I think I need (Cirkul), and get at least some movement in every day (even just a walk). Nothing crazy, just consistency.

I totally agreed. Sleeping is the basis of a balanced lifestyle. And I gotta sleep more for my own good. Thanks for sharing your habits 👍🏼

Start with your gut microbiome. Increasing fiber and ingesting pre&pro biotics. I highly recommend drinking Kefir.
