It's actively making people stupider which helps insure my job security

I don't use chatGPT, but I use claude (which is more or less the same) a lot for languages (i ask for usage examples, for synonyms, to explain new expressions or to find mistakes/improve my messages) and for coding (also mostly to explain new libraries or to search in big code-bases). Tho docs are usually superior to AI help, because they give you a broader understanding and outsourcing your brain isn't always most practical solution in the long run ahah
