I remember when Jeff Probst was co-hosting one time and Kelly was saying she always sends the male hosts something from The Art of Shaving and Jeff was saying that he's in the middle of nowhere so he can't ever use his gift and it was a very tense moment and Kelly seemed insulted. I cut him off to let him know I heard him the first time. I let that linger for moment before asking what I could get him. One of my best moments in customer service.
