Can we not have the two-year amnesia in the 2028 general elections please? I swear, the second chances these goofs get every time things settle down even a little is nauseating.

Remember when MAGA folk attacked the transition of power, the will of the people, on January 6th only to vote for the guy again 4 years later.

I remember when Bush jr's popularity was so low he actually said "I might be the last republican" President.
Look how much farther the GOP has fallen.
In retrospect he may have been correct as the GOP seems to have morphed into the american nazi party.

I watched Dan Quayle's political career explode because he once spelled "potato" wrong.
Now the President shits himself, slurs nonsense, and falls asleep -- LITERALLY -- and the White House Twitter accounts spams us with Jesus/Trump memes.
The GOP is totally unrecognizable as human.

Is there any sort of very simple online simulator that you could put a Democrat <-> Republican swing from the last election into and would project the results from that?
Really simple, not accurate, just interesting. Been looking for one and haven't found it. I bet it exists though.

Late last week, one report I heard said that the point swing was reliably sitting at ~18 points for a majority of races.

I'd love to plug in 10-18 point swings into the last election - or the next - to see what would happen.

Let’s put it this way, if 18 points were a totally reliable statistic that could be retroactively applied to national races, Harris would have won Alabama and South Carolina.

Best jump ship now, MAGAts, if you want to salvage any shard of your professional reputation.
DNC would be wise to identify which gop personalities are most susceptible to "turning" and go to work on them immediately. Jim Jordan? Susie Wiles? Kevin McCarthy? Who one will be today's John Dean? Tune in next week for the exciting competition!

Yes, this is the correct path.
Trump has used the Presidency to make deals for friends only. Trump and silent Republicans which allow all the mayhem need to be sued in ICC and US courts for trillions for War Crimes and voter fraud at a minimum. Add in ~12 billions tons of CO2 pollution (more than 84 lowest emitting countries annual output) along with unquantifiable additional types of pollution.

Could, but won’t. The felon will pull out all stops to rig the midterms and I suspect it will work.

Meh.
Trump will just give (promise) farmers a bunch of subsidies the month before the election and all will be forgiven in 10-12 states.
