I cant believe what a positive difference daily exercise and an all in one vitamin pill made and I am honestly kinda upset it was always this easy but this is the start of a new me and new better life
It feels great like my heart is a newborn deer frolicking in the flowering meadows. I wish my girl was here so I could take her hand and dance around the room. I feel... was it really always this easy? How did no psychologists or doctors ever think of this? Are gummy vitamins not real? They didn't help. They never felt this good. Apparently they can't be real because this one with zinc and magnesium and ashgawakanda or whatever is real and working. Man this is incredible really.
i have discovered there actually was a link between the body and mind all along. And no doctor in this country is real because none of them told me. Do you think my girl would like the new me more? My weight loss was going great these past few years. But now I don't have any pain in the knees. Or skin. My skin problems are... still present but improving.
Honestly I kinda want to sing but I can't think of nice ones. I really think Ceres Fauna is cute and has underrated ASMR.
No doctor ever told you? Regular exercise is literally the most commonly advised thing for everyone

It’s also been shown in study after study that—on average for the general population suffering from depression—regular exercise does as much for mood as SSRIs do.
And without all the side effects and potential long term issues.

doctors tell you a lot of things but hearing "exercise more" when you feel like absolute garbage just sounds like another impossible task on the pile. its different when you actually feel good enough to try it and then realize oh shit this actually works.

When I was a teen they REALLY wanted to put a balloon in my body and inflate it to make my stomach feel full faster like that would change living in captivity and being fed garbage by my vile parents. had to fight hard to get them to understand I will not accept that.

Yo, I was just chilling the other day and this thought just popped into my head that cleared up so much anxiety for me:
You know how working dog breeds get really anxious and destructive if they don't get enough mental stimulation and exercise?
There's no reason why that isn't true in people.
Like, f***. No wonder I'm a mess, evolution has me primed to tinker about all day finding food shelter and whatnot, and here I am never leaving my chair because I work an office job from home.

I got a smart watch about 2 mths ago. So try and do 10,000 steps a day. And I feel so much better for it.
I’ve always taken a supplement.
I don’t get to do all the steps every day. But am sleeping so much better.

My favorite thing about my smart watch is how it complains when I don't sleep enough. I sleep way more now just so it doesn't get upset at me.

I discovered this years ago (now 48F). I’m grateful because my quality of life is really good. I have no aches and pains, I sleep well, I’m on good shape and have good mental health. I’m at the age where my peers are definitely starting to feel the effects of their choices over that last 25 years.

I would suggest maybe going to your local urgent care or emergency department... They may be able to help more if you feel you are high risk.

It’s honestly great that you’re feeling better, that kind of shift in energy can make a huge difference day to day. Exercise alone can do a lot for both physical and mental health, so it makes sense you’re noticing it.
At the same time, it might not be that it was always “this easy,” more like you’ve found a combination that works for you right now. Different things work for different people, and sometimes it just takes a while to land on what clicks.
I’d say keep doing what’s helping, but also give it a bit of time and consistency so you can really see how it holds up. Either way, it sounds like you’re moving in a positive direction.

i'm gonna go out on a bit of a limb here and suggest you **maybe** consider that this might be evidence of manic behavior.
i'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade!! but sudden, intense feelings of being a brand new, tippy top shape, untouchable person can be evidence of a manic state of mind. nothing wrong with that inherently, but good to keep an eye on

$20 in magnesium supplements changed my life. scheduled for knee replacement. shoulders would have been next. Walking was difficult. Riding my bike was hard on my shoulders. 2 months later I canceled knee replacement. Now I'm (F69) more active than ever.
