I think Drugstore June is a cinematic masterpiece and I can't find anything except people talking about the trailer from 2 years ago and Bobby Lee. The fact that the scene is so nostalgic, 90s coded, but set in modern day, so live streaming on large screen smart phone, was so amazing, in my own personal opinion. June is a self involved (HOW OLD IS SHE?) woman who is still obsessed with her ex, but then you find out how long it has actually been and it's so ridiculous. I personally think it's one of the best movies I've ever seen, however I may have been stoned at the time. Has anyone else watched it?? what did you think?
"however I may have been stoned at the time" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in this recommendation lol. But honestly you've sold me on it, adding it to the list.
