I Wonder if Daniel Stern could have Played Kramer on Seinfeld?

I just wonder if Daniel Stern could have played Kramer on Seinfeld. I think he would have been just as good, your thoughts?

Michael Richards graded the character we know. Daniel Stern would’ve created a different character. His might’ve been brilliant too. Or not.

For the people down voting this, I know Kramer is based on Kenny Kramer but Michael Richards made the character different from Kenny Kramer. Kenny doesn't fall down and make those mouth noises

I could see Stern nailing the frantic energy, but his vibe is more anxious chaos than lanky alien. He might’ve made Kramer weirder and less lovable. Fun “what if” casting, though.
