I'd like to know as well. In case that murderer has gotten any closer to my family.

Same. He should be in no position of power ever again. He should be in prison.

Everyone allowing it to happen should be in prison. We can drop all the non-violent criminals to make room for them.

My guess Texas and something near either Amarillo or Wichita Falls which have super-maga single person judgeships.

Someone who works AP at a large retail store could realistically tap into Flock (our AP has a login that let's him do literally anything he wants) and search the country for his face/license plate/car/family. Not that they should, but it's definitely possible.
485
TM761152 Apr 29, 2026 +148
The LP at the large department store my partner works can login to Flock. They were given a generic username and pass (think ADMIN/admin1) which can access data on *anybody*. Nobody should have this much power.

The worst part is knowing just how many people have a login like that. Another personal anecdote, but at least three people in my company (locally, it's a large global company) have the same login and one of them happens to be a recently hired 22 year old male who *loves* talking about how much he abuses it to find ex girlfriends or other people he dislikes. I've reported him anonymously twice already, but to my knowledge his superiors somehow got those cases to dissappear. It wouldn't surprise me if tens of thousands of people in the US weren't doing the exact same thing as him.
255
GastricallyStretched Apr 29, 2026 +91
That's insane. If I searched up random people at my government department, it would get instantly flagged and I would be fired and escorted out. It gets drilled into you from Day 1 that you *cannot do this*, but some people still get fired for looking up celebrities, their family/friends, or even their own record.
91
orthogonius Apr 29, 2026 +54
Exactly, every search is logged. Over 20 years ago someone included confidential information from my agency in a comment made on a website. Logs showed only one person had looked it up that day, and no one else had in recent history. They were terminated immediately. If a system is set up right, everything like that is logged.

the_silent_redditor Apr 29, 2026 +8
Yep, I’m a doctor and it’s the same. It’s made clear it’s a huge no-no. Despite this, people *still* lose their jobs by looking up friends/partners/ex/celebrities. Doesn’t surprise me that our private techbro billionaire overlords don’t give a shit about our private data, though. Why would they?
8
Character_Bug_1862 Apr 29, 2026 +29
What does AP mean in this instance? I’d like to do some more reading on these privileges. Edit: oh, another comment informed me it’s asset protection
29
TM761152 Apr 29, 2026 +42
AP/LP is Asset Protection or Loss Prevention. They're not security though.
42
technobrendo Apr 29, 2026 +8
They often are security though. Some companies don't distinguish between the two.

18
AbeRego Apr 29, 2026 +7
It's probably only a matter of time before you can just buy a subscription. Are there even any stipulations in getting access now, or could anyone just start a company and subscribe under that?
7
_ohgnome_ Apr 29, 2026 +7
I've been saying this is going to go unchecked until it affects decision makers. An idea I've had is to follow their kids around on flock cameras for a week then show them the footage. The way they can zoom in and follow people around closely is so invasive it's awful.
7
eugene20 Apr 29, 2026 +5
In the EU this is exactly the kind of abuse GDPR was designed to prevent.
5
Cow_God Apr 29, 2026 +34
[Here](https://youtu.be/aRUhgrqnpGY) is a good video on it. And by good, I mean, yeah, horrifying. Cops have used it to track exes, ICE has used it. The Colorado state government passed a law banning ICE from using it, and then banning police departments from sharing data from the cameras with ICE, which state departments outside of Glenwood still do. This is why ICE agents wear masks, btw. ICE has access to facial recognition networks all over the country, and there's many more that they don't have access to. They know they'll get doxxed almost *immediately* via one of those networks if they took their masks off
34
newsfish Apr 29, 2026 +12
Ben Jordan on the video sites has been going to townhall meetings and posting everything he's been finding. Lots of c*** have web portals with default credentials. 30 days of video for anyone. The logs show their employees logging in to watch little girls in a dance class, kids in a pool. Their response was it was all for sales and training demos. P e d o n a t i o n
12
ClubMeSoftly Apr 30, 2026 +3
I can't remember if that Wendover video covers it, but sometimes it doesn't matter if municipalities ban Flock, because private property owners can keep their cameras up in the parking lots.

That shit is terrifying I actually had no idea there was so much surveillance everywhere but apparently according to a buddy of mine his grocery store had someone get picked up by their system as someone that has stolen things from stores before. Had no idea so many businesses were implementing stuff like that, made me want to only go shopping with a mask on and a hat lol.
11

I wouldn't be surprised if they've set it up specifically to exclude/redact the ICEstappo from such databases
17

there are still ways to find him because he wasn’t always an ICE agent
12

yeah people really have to use this mass surveillance tech against them to have any chance of repealing some of their encroachment (tho yes their first instinct will be to try and crack down harder and make excuses/exceptions for "their own")

F*** Jonathan Ross. Isn't that typical among law enforcement? Anytime a cop commits a fireable offence the union puts them on paid leave before eventually moving them to another city or state and pretends like it never happened. They only punish good cops that expose any kind of misconduct

ProfMap Apr 29, 2026 +7
Jonathan Ross the murderer needs to be haunted until his last day. Always reminded of what he did, never one day without looking in fear over his shoulder.
7
ZiggyDole Apr 29, 2026 +6
Find him. He deserves no peace.
6
DinkleMutz Apr 29, 2026 +7
Imagine that. I f*** up at my silly job and it's agonizingly embarrassing for me to show up the next day. This assclown murders an innocent woman and it's just another day at the office. F****** piece of human shit.

CruelAngelsThesis_01 Apr 29, 2026 +13

13
Ryked96 Apr 29, 2026 +14

SectorAutomatic4125 Apr 29, 2026 +6
Is killed different from fatally shot? As if there's any other possibility of what killed her?
6
RobutNotRobot Apr 29, 2026 +7
Chauvin must be so angry that he did his murder in 2020 and not 2026.
7
quartzguy Apr 29, 2026 +6
Dude got to live out his fantasy of murder and gets to move on with his life. Damn.
6
Grass_tomouth Apr 29, 2026 +6
He's going to do it again.

14
SUBLIMEskillz Apr 29, 2026 +39

MN_Yogi1988 Apr 29, 2026 +14
The irony being that masks (for day to day life) are looked down on in conservative areas
14
Caleb_Reynolds Apr 29, 2026 +10
He has the advantage of looking like every other middle aged white Nazi in the world. It'll be really easy for him to not be recognized. Which is why we should all remember his name is Jonathan Ross.

Hothacon Apr 29, 2026 +4
Even more ironically frustrating and cliche that he got divorced after his ex wife left him for another women, so he became passport bro and married Phillipine women who probably has no idea what a murdering, psychological Maga loser he really is cause she still got a better life than back home

7
eazypeazy-101 Apr 29, 2026 +3
Hopefully not armed, as this scum is the sort to do it again when a woman says hurty words to him.

Why isn't the US military showing their outrage over this domestic army of criminals who have invaded the country?
8
Ghost_Star326 Apr 29, 2026 +4
That's a murderer on the loose. Find him and put him behind the bars.
