She has no case if they are trying to take it to court, the guy was smart enough to pull away the assaulter from her and Ice was dumb enough to not only walk on top of the tables to get to her but then engage in a fight with her. The situation could have easily been disarmed as an assault to press charges on but she escalated it, that's on her.
