Generally, it's not the people willing to investigate that you should be concerned with. It's the ones that never do. They only convict when the case get media attention. They are usually given very lenient vereicts and are often pardoned after a few months when the media attention goes elsewhere.

Thats bullshit. A priest was killed last month in a Christian village that had no hezbollah or weapons in it and it didnt stop the IDF using a tank to blow up a house with 4 people inside. There was also a joirnalist and ambulances targetted recently (one of which was going to the aid of the first one that was hit). Israel hasnt investigated shit. The only reason it investigated the Jesus statue being destroyed was because it was posted on social media and went viral. Christians in israel are treated equally as bad as muslims.

My understanding is that the Lebanon govt made promises to do it themselves, then failed, with Hezzbolah launching rickets at Israel from locations the LAF said they cleared out. The UN wasn't going to do this, America doesn't have the interest, so who else could it be?
