lol this is weirdly profound though. spent way too much time in my early twenties overthinking every piece of "wisdom" people threw at me instead of just figuring things out myself. there's something to be said for trusting your own instincts even when they're completely wrong.

Trust your instincts more and don’t listen to people who aren’t in any better of a situation then you are. If they knew anything worth a damn they wouldn’t be in the spot you’re trying to get out of
