I was in a car accident a few years ago through no fault of my own. Somebody came onto my side of the road and drove straight into me. As a result. I suffered a lot of facial damage along with broken arm fractured hand fractured vertebrae a few psychological issues but nothing I can’t or haven’t dealt with and my insurance company is due to come back with their personal claim fee in the next few weeks. I’m not sure how I am going to feel about this. I’m slightly nervous. Has anyone else experienced this?
Sorry you are going through this. Unfortunately, I don’t have any experience with car accident settlements, however, you might be better off with a personal injury attorney. The insurance company is probably going to want to settle it quickly and for a low price. You might not even know the extent of your injuries or how much care they’re going to need. An attorney will handle things for you and probably get you a larger amount of money for your injuries.

I have a solicitor on it and the insurance company will got through them with the proposal.
The accident is a few years ago and I’ve seen a mix of senior consultants from all sides. Thanks for your comments.

honestly just give it a bit of time and meet in the middle
like yeah for u it’s normal, for them it’s “bro… why are u like this” living with people is basically just tiny compromises. u don’t have to change who u are, just… maybe add like 10% more awareness
