Very true but I have a hard time believing timing of all this. She wants divorce, Lewandowski cant be at her hip due to her demotion/his firing anymore, so to come forward as a couple, smear her husband for divorce. Maybe its true, maybe its pics of him dressing for Halloween years ago, maybe AI. Who knows but it all seems very convenient for her and her alone. Isnt doing their kids any favor after all

We also don't know this community's history and ties with both of them. Super small communities like this- where everyone is partially related (or at least remembers "their great uncle's farm down by the quay that burned down back in the 90s")... Anyway, community ties will smooth over a lot of "not-normal" behaviors if it's one of their own (not always). It also could be that everyone genuinely liked him enough to side with him (and esp after the dog story dropped and then the cheating story dropped) enough to ignore their own internal prejudices or biases.
