The "c****" labor that replaced "expensive" labor getting replaced by an even cheaper option.
Nobody should be surprised, all of my peers contracting overseas knew the reason they had a job was because our employer didn't want to pay our western salaries.

If that was the case then there would be much more hiring in the field, but in fact, every major firm is offloading employees or planning to offload them.
