I knew this was about Flint (area, sorry) before even clicking that webpage because my old neighborhood from 1999 was torn down. That and you hear about certain things the past 5-6 years when you're in the vicinity of certain people that deal in property sales and commercial properties in Highland, Howell, Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, and a few other areas.
