The US military bases are in the countries Iran is hitting. The military bases were supporting the US build up and assisting in the war even if they weren’t directly attacking. There are now US soldiers and military personnel sheltering amongst the civilian population while carrying out the war. Even if these military bases are hitting Iran, they are hitting Iran after Iran struck these countries, and they are only hitting military targets like drones, missiles, and missile launchers. Every country has the right to attack missile launchers, missiles, and drones that are targeting their country. What do you expect them to do, sit while Iran sends thousands of drones and missiles at their infrastructure? Even Oman, which is one of the few countries that are close to Iran is getting attacked by Iran. The US bases in the region are part of the air and ground defenses in that region. Close to 2300 drones and missiles were launched at UAE alone. Do you expect UAE to just sit back and let Iran send all these missiles and drones at it without fighting back?

They are part of both defensive network and offensive operations against iran. I’m sure the US will convince them to join. But an all out war with boots on the ground will end in a large mess and a high death toll. Not to mention a prolonged oil shock. Lots of people across the world will suffer from high fuel, energy and food prices. There will be fuel rationing. Stock markets will crash. It will be a firestorm.
