If you’re going to start a war get an Arab coalition to get off their fat lazy “America plz protect me while I hate you” asses and march to Tehran and get a provisional government and election in place. Boots do need to be on the ground for regime change. I assume he means that if Trump doesn't finish the job - regime change presumably, it's the only US win condition that gives total victory - then the left is going to be crowing about the fact that Trump was defeated and humiliated. He's right, we will be. It's not really a right vs left thing this one though... no right wing president before Trump would have done this. This is a sane vs lunatic thing.
