I have to say that I rarely dream, but if i fall asleep say with my legs up or with my arms pressed down by my head, i get very exhausting and anguishing dreams. i don’t know if it has a name or if someone else experience the same
Can’t say that I’ve experienced that but it’s interesting! I think my dreams are weirder if I eat too close to going to bed

My bf loves ice cream but he will not eat it if it's too late at night ..he swears it gives him nightmares.

Eating right before bed, especially sugary foods is more likely to give nightmares because of increased activity in the brain. Why it’s nightmares and not just dreaming in general, I don’t know, wish I did

I’ve definitely noticed that too. I feel like when I fall asleep in a weird position, my sleep is lighter or more disrupted, so I end up remembering more intense or random dreams.
Same with stuff like eating late, somehow it always turns into the weirdest dreams 😅

I get really bad nightmares on NyQuil one was a zombie virus that was more like the effects of Cabin Fever. It was horrific and I normally enjoy the zombie dreams. I haven’t noticed positions affecting my dreams but usually sleep on my left side with my wrists bent uncomfortably.

I slept close to the wall and dreamt once, I was some woman’s foot slave, until I woke up…
