On a lighter note, how do they decide what to serve for food? And who caters? How do they decide security, dedicated taste testers??

I know a little bit about this, but could try finding out more later. The one thing I know is that the hotel’s usual kitchen staff has been replaced by a whole different staff that are approved for such events after deep vetting, and are trained to handles diplomatic guests. That said, the food at this hotel is generally decent (including a couple nice restaurants), so I hope those standards are at least maintained.

I think everyone wants this to mean something. Knowing DJT, he'd bomb Tehran in the middle of the talk though.
