It’s fascinating how the way people talk about others, the jokes they make, and even the things they express negatively or something like that. This is about can reveal so much more than they probably realize. I can’t help but notice these little patterns. it feels like their words are holding up a mirror they don’t know they’re carrying. Maybe I’m just overanalyzing, but I wonder if anyone else picks up on that too.
If I understand what OP is talking about, it’s not people letting their guards down. It’s the way they frame things, the topics they choose, their expressions, even the way they move from one topic to the next, all while believing their guards are up. You can glean so much from all of those kinds of things.

Absolutely, people reveal way more information than they intend to. If you’re paying attention, you can learn a lot about a person’s character. I’ve been called psychic many times and it’s always funny to me. I’m not psychic, y’all are just broadcasting your real selves when you think you’re being cagey
