A reasonable country would have given an armed mob storming its capitol a warning shot before mowing people down. Those people should have never been allowed to get anywhere close to climbing walls and breaking windows

If they think what happened in Minnesota is an acceptable use of force then that mob that was trying to push through the door where that cop was being crushed should have been shot. Every single one.

If that mob had been a couple shades darker in skin complexion you can be 100% certain it would have been a blood bath.

Neither did Biden's Justice Department. Everyone in that mob, and Trump and his coup conspirators should have been arrested and jailed the day after the new President was sworn in - pending prosecution - with charges including two counts of Felony Murder for the deaths of slain Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick and Ashli Babbitt. Instead, the Biden Administration lead Federal Law Enforcement in going outrageously soft on the terrorist mob, charging most with watered down misdemeanor trespass with no time served, and neither Trump nor any of his collaborators being prosecuted in four years. And that's how you wind up where we are now.

In a better timeline, the people breaching the barricades and storming the building would have been dropped exactly where they stood.
