Japan are relying on the strait being open for about 99% of their oil. A lot of these economies are going to suffer if this keeps going

South Korea, too. In fact, most of Asia. And guess what, if half the world's economies suffers, the rest of the worlds does too. F****** Trump.

and some Jap cargo vessels have also been halted at Hormuz. This hits their entire supply chain, not just fuel. Same for most countries too

Interestingly, the article does not name this mysterious "Iranian leader". Who is it? Their president does not control anything. Their ayatollah is hiding and not clear if alive. Whom the Japan is talking to?

Yeah but it dropped considerably lately Which is strange when the market is so unstable that most would go to something stable like gold Could be market manipulation again to drive the price of gold down,

Global Central Banks & GCC have been buying gold leading up to the Israel-US War with Iran. After the war the GCC have been dumping gold to pay the bills because they have no oil revenues now. On top of this, higher global costs of living are forcing global sovereignties to sell US Treasuries to pay the bills. We are looking at the end of Pax Americana in real time.

Japan's financing of Iran's military needs will probably not please Trump very much

I think the whole world is getting pretty tired of pleasing Trump Edit: added the “world”

That’s true but the longer Iran holds out the longer most countries will keep suffering from these financial losses

Everything was okay till US decided to attack Iran.

Exactly, from a WAR that Israel convinced the US to artificially create against Iran. Mostly because they all thought it would be a cake walk like Venezuela. Remember, the Strait of Hormuz was open before they started.

Why would Iran do that when there's a big US military build up around Iran? This is their strategy of assymetric warfare..

I've also read that Iran is taking payments in crypto as well.

Finally. This should have happened days or weeks ago if it wasn't for Takaichi being "carefully considerate" to Trump's feelings. Why the hell should his feelings even matter when he wasn't even considerate towards his allies.

They started the war without many countries approval, and fail to finish it. It's natural individual countries will seek to manage their own situation first. The US government probably should start actually thinking about consequences

Did Japan reject Iran’s call to make a deal with them? This is going to be one awkward negotiation.

Careful! The Japanese envoy may become collateral damage when US and Israel bomb the meeting...
