The Saudi Public Investment Fund invested $2 billion with Kushner’s investment firm “Affinity Partners” that he manages and gets a 1.25 % fee a year ($25 million) in management fees even if his fund loses value. [Link](https://www.finance.senate.gov/chairmans-news/wyden-investigation-of-kushner-firm-continues-new-letter-outlines-affinity-partners-fee-structure-lack-of-return-to-investors-questionable-deals-with-foreign-governments).
(it does seem to be a scam reading the link)
.
The big one was Jared Kushner's 666 5th Avenue deal with Qatar.
In August of 2018 Qatar paid Kushner Companies $1.1 billion up front for a 99 year lease when he needed to come up with $1.4 billion on the mortage.
An additional $300 million loan came from Apollo Global Management, a private equity company with ties to Qatar that had previously loaned $184 million to the Kushners in November 2017.
*At that time he was "Senior Advisor to the President" (January 20, 2017 – January 20, 2021) and
"Director of the Office of American Innovation" (March 27, 2017 – January 20, 2021)*
That was all probably just a coincidence and a great deal for Qatar.

All of the bullshit the GOP spouted about Hunter Biden was absolute peanuts (even if any of it **was*** true) to this. No Biden family member has been given **BILLIONS** to do essentially whatever with, during or right after he was in the White House with his father in law, “Working on peace in the Middle East”
I agree that it’s upper class vs. lower class, but if you think both sides have been acting equally than I have a ton of Saudi Arabian bridges to sell you.

Jared comes by his multi-tasking skills by emulating his father Charles, also a real estate developer who in addition to the oversight of his business activities, managed to land convictions of tax evasion, illegal campaign contributions, and witness tampering. All was absolved by a pardon granted by his in-law, the felon in ‘20, followed by being named as ambassador to France & Monaco.
