Whether she did or not I don’t care much but my cheeks look like that after I started getting regular Botox treatment for TMJ. My jaw muscles reduced in size and my cheek bones are much more prominent. When my weight fluctuates on the lower side, my cheeks are hollow like hers.

I was not expecting to get into this conversation here, but did that help? I tried that a couple times and it did nothing so I had to see a specialist and get the most expensive splint known to man.

No jowls! I think the muscles shrank gradually enough that it didn't cause any any sagging skin, but my jaw is naturally very small.

it helps that my place was really good at TMJ botox. they would hit several spots in that muscle and then they went a bit into the temple area as well

I think people wrongly analyse every guant look as buccal fat removal when most of it is weight loss, harsh makeup and sucking in ur cheeks while posing. + occasionally cheek fillers creating that illusion
People were swearing Miley Cyrus did it but when she showed up for that Hannah Montana anniversary segment, she was looking not that different from her old self. A lot of these actresses look totally fine in their movies with more simple makeup(Sophie Turner, even Anya Taylor Joy)

There's a very informative post on IG that I saw where a fan did a comparison of her facial structure from 2023 to today useing existing photos with similar angles and lightning. It hasn't changed. Her styling and makup has though. Alot of people who compare photos use images that are different angles significantly different ages, and usually smiling vs not smiling.
