This is not a widespread lesson plan... it's taught in super religious right wing settler communities. Whatever (very horrifying) videos you've seen of these kids do not represent common practice. This is not to say that there isn't a general negative sentiment towards surrounding countries and Palestinians, but please don't push the idea that this is commonplace.
If you have a problem with kids being taught that (I do!) then you should also have a problem with Palestinian kids being taught by a Mickey Mouse knock-off named Farfour that martyring themselves for Palestine is the greatest thing they can do.
