They just let him do it. That's quite literally been how he's gotten so far....they just let him do it. No accountability, no responsibility, no leadership, no management, no governing, no asking Americans of America what they wanted....just doing whatever he wants and letting the courts figure it all out well after the damage has been done. This ballroom is case and point.

Trump, Heritage Foundation, etc., are pitching the Unitary Executive Theory everywhere they can.  Normalizing 'the President is allowed to' with construction, event centers, tarrifs, placing troops and immigration enforcement, enriching himself, his family and bidding the rest out to foreign interests.
