I hope when Democrats get back into power they cancel this project and many others. Trump's power thrives on him doing whatever he wants with little pushback or in the case of his second half of his first term stopping the Democrats from passing anything giving him the illusion that he was still in control. Losing both chambers should send the message that he is no longer in control
