Sadly they will probably ignore the ruling just like they ignore most things and carry on. Who will hold them accountable? The justice department? When you control all the levers of power and can just ignore any ruling does the Supreme Court or any legal ruling even matter?

We’re all living in it. Outside of the MAGA cult we all acknowledge how bad the situation is. The ruling was that the Trump admin’s actions were unconstitutional, any follow up action they take will be openly unconstitutional. Forcing their hand so they have to do the bad thing in public after being told not to is good. Every day more people wake up 🌞

I think they just meant. Until/unless someone actually sees any consequences. Then the ruling means nothing. Not that they’re gonna stop fighting

I disagree. I think what they were trying to do is be defeating and take the wind out of the conversation. You’ll see this a lot on the Internet with bought accounts where they try to minimize the wins. Thankfully, people like you and the other person aren’t letting that happen anymore. As for the person behaving bitterly, f*** them, a win is a win.

Ah the duality of text. I guess it doesn’t feel like a win to a lot of people because we haven’t scored any points. Just saying it’s a win without anything actually happening is is like michael scott declaring bankruptcy

How long did it take the courts to figure this out? Do they understand we started a war while this case was figuring out if this was unconstitutional?  Might’ve been nice to have full press access to the Pentagon while they spun up the gears of war, ya know? I mean, was it really that hard to decide this shit was unconstitutional? Did it really need to tale this long?
