My age says I've been around a bunch of years by this point. I definitely know I've heard a LOT of music during my life. This piece/record/band is on my short list of the best I've experienced in that window.

I always love hearing this stuff from people who’ve got more experience than me. That’s how I truly know it doesn’t get any better than this. I’ve probably seen more comments like this about Starless than any other song. I want it played at my funeral - along with Dirty Boy by Cardiacs. Gotta make an impression on my way out.

One of the greatest songs of all time. Seeing the 2015 version of the band playing it live was beautiful. Can’t imagine seeing the original lineup playing it, what that must’ve been.

Highly underrated band. If you know you know.

I listen to this album, and especially this track, whenever I'm driving alone on the highway at night. The buildup in the middle is f****** hair-raising. The opposite is Larks Tongues in Aspic - that's their daytime driving album.

"Even if everything in life goes wrong, I'll still feel lucky because I was able to experience this" kind of song

I just listened to Red in full over the weekend. What a great album.
