Trump told Ellison: “Larry, it looks like Netflix is gonna get Warner Bros., but if you really really want it, Larry, I’ll make sure you get it.” Most corrupt president of all time lucky for him that his party and his followers have zero morals.

If netflix hadnt gad a clause that made them billions from WBD backing out, we (the taxpayers) might have been on the hook here for a lawsuit of some sort. Heck. We probably still are.

The headline really bugs me, because "private alleged convos" is saying "definitely existing private things that are alleged to be conversations". That aside, the content is wild: >The court papers also reference Trump’s alleged influence to get a new sequel in the “Rush Hour” franchise made after the films’ director, Brett Ratner, was behind a Melania Trump doc for Amazon. According to the new court filing, Cipriani’s lawyers claim: “Trump’s personal intervention to direct the Ellisons’ business decisions regarding ‘Rush Hour 4’ is not an isolated incident.”

Half way through the article I realized the "Gambler" who is suing Shell is RJ Cipriani, the same guy who was hired by drug trafficker Owen Hanson (Cocaine Quarterback) to launder money for him at an austailian c*****. I'm not doubting the claims that Shell told him Trump did a quid-pro-quo deal with Ellison to facilitate the acquisition of WBD. That said every person in this story is slimy af.

Welcome to the techno-feudalist surveillance hellscape. All of our media will basically be controlled by a small handful of people if this goes through. Like, even worse than it is now
