Is this the BBC production coming to Netflix or have Netflix made their own one too?

I don't know what the point of this show is. Do people really want to watch this again?

I think it's because Yellowjackets did well and someone wanted to go back to the classic dystopian children in isolation story.

Yes. But yellow jackets has 90’s nostalgia. Follows the characters when they become adults.

The last adaptation was almost four decades ago. And this got good reviews when it came out, so it seems it was worth it.

Why watch this when we live lord of the flies everyday in the US? Piggy gets the boulder in this one too

I feel like this has been done to death as well as movies and series that borrow the ideas from lord of the flies.  Ill probably pass.  The book is an easy short read also.

Yeah I'll pass. I feel like this whole story is just propaganda for the idea that people can't get along, and it promotes colonization and capitalism.

Ugh. I don’t think we need another of these. As it is the movie is a onesie. Good enough to don’t want to see it again. Instead an American adaptation of battle royale.

The US surpasses any adaptation of battle royale since its a country wide pvp zone
