The amendments, under Amiri Decree No. (15), published in the Al-Kuwait Al-Youm gazette, requires newly naturalized citizens to renounce any other citizenship within three months.

To summarize basically  1) dont betray the country/harm the public 2) renounce any other citizenship you have before the deadline 3) dont submit false documents to claim citizenship
