Making hot sauce from garden peppers

Fermented hot sauce takes six weeks and involves basically just peppers, salt, and patience. The result is brighter and more complex than anything from the store. I now make four varieties. The Carolina Reaper version has cleared the room on two occasions. Giving it as gifts has made me very popular.
