That commercial she had where she was singing about what was in Burger King’s chicken wrap. Backlash was swift (people said it was a bad look having a black woman crooning for chicken 💀) and BK pulled the commercial.

There was a lot of [criticism](https://youtu.be/9tEp8olKLLs?is=CusyrJGvhqMQRzN3), people wondering why they would ask a black woman to sing about chicken. There were also a lot of people on the internet making fun of the commercial and that song, some people were even going to Burger King to sing the ‘crispy chicken’ song for example [this video](https://youtu.be/Ry2Vw6UCd1k?is=mHgZY6-N2Dn0AYBh).
It’s in a way the big sister of the commercial of Kendall Jenner fixing police brutality and racism with a can of Pepsi. Big companies trying to think of cool concepts to sell a product but completely missing the mark.

I mean, it's racist to think it's racist when a black woman sings about chicken - let whoever wants to sing about chicken sing about chicken without judgment please
