Is this about Geri not acknowledging their alleged relationship again?

I’d put money on it.

That’s Mrs Christian Horner to you. She’s above all that now.

Like Mel B and Ginger? That would have been a huge thing back in the day. Now it's just another Friday afternoon.

Past_Wallaby_9435 Apr 3, 2026 +150
Yeah, tbh not sure why geri gives a f*** that people know

Other-Trash9758 Apr 3, 2026 +353
She's a married right winger

Well it's still pretty personal!

Cantoffendgirl2 Apr 3, 2026 +177
Some people don't need other people to know their sexual history
177
Past_Wallaby_9435 Apr 3, 2026 +188
Sure. But she has written two memoirs that mention who she slept with.
188
Unlucky_Welcome9193 Apr 3, 2026 +132
Even in today's day and age, people have the right not to come out if they don't want to
132
sliccyriccy Apr 4, 2026 +41
But how does that work in the inverse? Am I not allowed to talk about my own sexual experiences or events with someone else since I may ‘out’ the individual? edit: really don’t mean to be snarky just curious about your position, as bi who recently came out I wrestle with concepts like this sometimes, just want ur opinion
41
notover_yet Apr 4, 2026 +90
It’s really very simple. No, you don’t out other people. Yes, their choice is more important than your right to mouth off about your sex life. Safety is still a huge issue for many in our community. Just don’t.

midnitemoontrip Apr 4, 2026 +37
Then you don’t name names.
37
lmNotaWitchImUrWife Apr 4, 2026 +4
You can talk about your experiences without naming people/making it ibis who they are. It's called respecting others' right to privacy. Remember how everyone felt about John Mayer when he talked about his experiences with Jessica Simpson? This would be the same thing. It's gross to do to someone.

Aggravating_Life7851 Apr 4, 2026 +14
I think it’s different when you are saying it so publicly to so many people verses just telling a close friend, you know?
14
indistrustofmerits Apr 4, 2026 +2
I accidentally outed my wife (gf at the time) to some of her friends because I assumed they knew I was trans but didn't, that was a bizarre situation to be in. She didn't really mind, it was just awkward.
2
Cantoffendgirl2 Apr 3, 2026 +9
Hmm. She still has rights to privacy if she wants I guess. That does make it a bit strange to care about.
9
ripyourlungsdave Apr 5, 2026 +2
And some people are ashamed of their sexuality because they let their hatred for *other* groups overpower their need for personal security. Because she's a right wing dip.
2
coglionegrande Apr 4, 2026 -3
Huh? But you joined the spice girls? That was the point.
-3
WittyAd3872 Apr 4, 2026 +7
that’s the most interesting thing about Geri I’ve ever heard
7
___cats___ Apr 3, 2026 +18
I swear I saw an interview on MTV or something back in the day where one of them grabbed another one’s b***. It also could have been a fever dream of a mid-pubescent boy.
18
Suspicious_Weird_373 Apr 4, 2026 +20
It’s standard wank-bait behaviour from girl bands. Little Mix were doing it, grabbing each others arses etc. It’s an easy way to get attention and to try and get boys to spend money on the product.
20
CommentFightJudge Apr 4, 2026 +11
And who can forget adorable lil Tatu?
11
Suspicious_Weird_373 Apr 4, 2026 +11
Especially when one is a massive homophobe.
11
fysu Apr 4, 2026 +13
Allegedly that’s also why Geri left the group. So I could see why Mel B would claim you couldn’t have an honest doc if Geri isn’t going to be honest about why she left.
13
daemonicwanderer Apr 5, 2026 +4
Geri left because she felt unnecessary. She isn’t a good singer or dancer and by 1998 they were performing live. The other girls also felt comfortable with the media, so Geri’s biggest non-songwriting strength was dulled
4
Beej_88 5 days ago +2
It's never been about that. Geri literally admitted in her documentary (in the days when she left) "it was a relationship breakdown, I've loved and lost, I give up, my heart is breaking". It was when Mel B was hooking up with Jimmy. And Jimmy (Mel B's ex) said they were very very very VERY close, closer than he was with Mel B.
2
daemonicwanderer 5 days ago +1
Geri was hooking up with Christian Storm, one of the other dancers at the time.
1
Beej_88 5 days ago +2
Even if she was, she pretty much said she was in love with Mel B. Not wiht some random backup dancer.
2
daemonicwanderer 5 days ago +1
Geri has said multiple things about why she left.
1
Beej_88 5 days ago +1
Everyone in the business knew but sure you do you and keep straightwashing.
1
daemonicwanderer 5 days ago +1
Yes… tell the gay Millennial that. Mel B has been open about being bisexual. Geri hasn’t. She quickly came out to say that she and Mel B hadn’t slept together. Geri said in the 2007 reunion that she felt redundant in the group. If anyone is straight washing, it’s Geri.

Be honest.

Daewrythe Apr 3, 2026 +257
I dunno, people have gotten way too comfortable sharing weird shit on social media that would be better kept to themselves.
257
cr3t8r Apr 3, 2026 +27
It really does feel that way.
27
ComfortableCare8897 Apr 3, 2026 +10
Entertainment documentaries are killing the entertainment industry. I have a sudlistnook against non hosted celebrity documentaries.
10
Dry-Efficiency4373 Apr 3, 2026 +91
this whole trend of documentaries and biopics created while the artist or subject is still alive is just self aggrandizement, the most obnoxious and recent example is the Eddie Murphy one. It's just like two hours of "yes... I am super dope, it's true"
91
rorzri Apr 4, 2026 +12
It’s insane to me that there’s actual people that think letting Madonna direct her own biopic is a good idea
12
Lil_Boosie_Vert Apr 4, 2026 +18
They all suck. They avoid any controversy.
18
sparrerv Apr 4, 2026 +4
not too much on rocketman

Particular-Turn7361 Apr 4, 2026 +5
Interestingly eddie murphy is the father of one of mel b’s kids
5
ReadingTheRealms Apr 4, 2026 +3
My favorites are the ones where the subject agrees to do it thinking it will make them look good (usually because this person is deranged) and it very much does not. Thinking of the ANTM one.
3
TheEnglishNorwegian Apr 4, 2026 +2
The Robbie Williams one was pretty good.
2
NAINOA- Apr 4, 2026 +1
Well they’re so often produced in part by the subject of the documentary. There’s no way to have a honest look at their life that way.
1
Zentrii Apr 3, 2026 +42
David Beckham agrees
42
BadAspie Apr 3, 2026 +16
Kind of bold for her to say, but I guess the doc would only cover the years where the spice girls were active, so she probably feels pretty safe
16
ComfortableCare8897 Apr 3, 2026 +72
Netflix is making those entertainment documentaries just to film up airtime. They need a charismatic onscreen interviewer to make it good.

ShijinClemens Apr 4, 2026 +3
Probably talking about Victoria “we both came from such hard working parents” Beckham
3
aluriaphin Apr 5, 2026 +3
More likely talking about Geri "won't admit I was in a lesbian relationship with Mel B" Halliwell
3
Beej_88 5 days ago +1
Definitely this one. Everyone knew what was up with them.

Co-workers. The group was manufactured by Heart Management. I have shitty co-workers and can't help it, either.
2
PhatGrannie 6 days ago +1
So you’re working hard to create a reunion with those shitty coworkers, as well?
1
August_T_Marble 6 days ago +1
I ask myself that every morning. Those girls gotta eat, too.

Life is too short to work with asshats. Find a gig working with people you actually like.
