> Minnesota sues US agencies for access to evidence in killings of Renee Good, Alex Pretti
"We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing!"
"We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas!"
"On the advice of our legal counsel, we invoke the 5th Amendment."

More like "We torched the evidence and then pissed on it. What are you going to do about it nerd?"

What are Democrats going to do about it? Throw the lowest hanging fruit in prison and circle jerk themselves over a job well done?
Meanwhile all the people in actual power face no consequences.
Hey maybe shake it up for once

At a minimum, Democrats need to regain all 3 branches of government in 2028.
Problem with that though is even if they do, the Democrats will chicken out and drop the subject like they always do.

> In late January, following the killing of Alex Pretti, a court granted the state a temporary restraining order barring federal investigators from destroying evidence in the investigation. The restraining order was eventually dissolved by the judge who granted it.
Insane that this order would be needed. More insane that the order was then "dissolved".
In a rational world, all Americans across the entire political spectrum would want accountability from our government.
But, of course, when millions of Americans are either **f****** idiots** or corrupt as f***, rationality gets thrown out the window.

Well, the American educational system encourages lack of critical thinking and intelligence. This is by design since the rulers of this country do not want a population capable of those.

The education system is being replaced by an indoctrination system.

Yeah , it shows. You guys got an interesting cabinet linked to a certain island to host a bunch of kids, who you voted in for twice. A national debt of over 39 T, can't afford medical care, can't offer social nets for people; but yeah tell me more about those munitions you are using to police the world because is clearly working for the average american.

Americans don't see until they're much older that they are indoctrinated and propagandized from an early age about how "great" the USA is. The public educational system in the USA was intentionally designed to create an ignorant and stupid population that cannot think critically or rationally.
The USA's owners also want a population **that obeys** and **does not question** those in charge. They expect the average American to go to work, pay their taxes, and be quiet. As long as the bread and circuses continue, nothing will change.
Unfortunately, the minority of Americans who see through all the bullshit can't really do anything because the overwhelming majority of the population **enjoys its serfdom** and won't do anything about how socially, economically, and politically backward the country is.

One day you most certainly will care, when the USA no longer has the world's reserve currency and everyone has made economic arrangements excluding the US from them.

I can't imagine living in a country where blowing up other countries instead of looking after your own is seen as a genuine flex to be proud of.

Many Judges are also complicit IMO. Not just the maga ones but the ones who don’t do their job. The ones who grant favors for the rich and powerful. They erode public trust more than a maga judge corrupt ruling. We expect that, but when the “good” ones don’t uphold good we have no one look to.

Yup, very antagonizing that so much struggle must be employed to get even minimal cooperation from federal justice agencies over what were taped murders. (to boot even so professional an outfit as Reuters, has to correct its original spelling of Rene Good to Renee)

I'll be genuinely shocked if the evidence wasn't destroyed out of spite the moment the judge dissolved their order.
Hell, Republicans are happy to destroy evidence even when they're still under a court order to preserve it (ie: Brian Kemp).

Yes crazy how living in Minnesota you get told to keep the protesting tame or Tampon Tim is calling out the national guard, but not to protect you from the Gestapo.
Ope, guess I’ll drop out of the governor’s race. I see why he isn’t the vice president now.

If it was justified, they would want nothing more than transparency to show their agents acted according to… laws? Are they beholden to any laws?? Idk it doesn’t seem that way. But either way, they should welcome an investigation to prove the agents were in the right. The only, ONLY, reason to not allow it is because they know it wasn’t justified and they’re covering up the fact their Gestapo is murdering innocent civilians and violating people’s constitutional rights.

Where’s the video from Alex’s phone?!?!
He was recording, and if it had exonerated the killer, we would already have it. It would have been on every new feed. And yet, crickets.
