The wealth inequality in America is the fault of the George W. Bush tax cuts for the rich, the Ronald Reagan tax cuts for the rich, and the Donald J. Trump tax cuts for the rich. If we return our tax system to how it used to be, then the wealth inequality would massively decrease.

It's interesting how the term, and thus label, still has such power in the American Psyche considering there are no fully and solely communist countries remaining on the globe.
China is communist, but is also capitalist with how they compete, and celebrate the leaders of some of the massive tech companies - bytedsnce, temu, alibabba etc.

Arguably the larger cause is deregulation of big business. They're allowed to get away with so much when it comes to screwing their workers out of money and benefits they're supposed to pay.

And the solution of Americans to fix this is to elect someone next time who promises to cut tax for the rich, but this time it will make everyone rich for sure.

Thats silly.
No one votes for a President to fix economical issues. We pick our presidents based on their support for abortion bans, their commitment to deport illegals, and their support for Israel.
The wealth disparity is just a nice lil side bonus like extra icing on the cupcake.

What's totally shitty is how much of the middle class they were able to get on board with that idea.
Voting against their own interest for decades based on the possibility of, "If I make it, I want to to work for me the most."

It’s a bit more than tax cuts.
Tax cuts is just a way for the rich to not pay for the infrastructure that made them rich.
The systems that prevent class mobility and shuffle money away from the middle class into the ultra wealthy are more complex, varied and ubiquitous than taxation.

That's an average of 8.6 million a piece. If you had $20,000 in the bank and spent $172, that would be like spending 8.6 million with a billion dollars in the bank. Billionaires shouldn't exist.

For most of history, the wealth gaps were settled with violent revolutions. Taxes were the compromise, but since they refuse to do that, history may repeat itself

As the midterms are gearing up to be more of the same firesale of the politicians we common folk of the US will be voting for, instead of betting the whole farm on an election, (which might not even happen if this regime gets its way,) we should _also_ focus on forming real supportive community-based foundations, which many common folk in the US can fall back on, to commit to any effective action needed.
Collecting a bunch of valuable information on organizing and action from different redditors over time, I created a post of suggestions [HERE](https://www.reddit.com/r/USWorkersReclaimPower/s/MF0KQvWRN4) that could possibly prove to be of some help in getting it started ASAP.
If you don’t live in the US, yet you know others who are and want to do something, please share the information. We're going to need as many on board and informed as possible, if we commoners hope to achieve anything in the US

Conservatives have been conditioned to care about which bathrooms transgendered people use, which complicated medical decisions Ob/Gyns are allowed to make and what Hunter Biden is currently doing as a private citizen. Actual issues like the open corruption of this administration, reversing environmental protections, starting foreign wars, funding education, protecting worker rights, affordable healthcare, etc. are conveniently ignored until it's too late. At this point if the Deep South wanted to secede from the nation I say let them. We're much better off without those Neanderthals dragging us behind from meaningful progress that's long overdue at this point.

I propose an amendment: All campaign and political money for an election must originate solely from within the jurisdiction of the office up for election.
This would make things how the founders intended. The wealthy can still get spend heavily on elections, this puts no limits on that, but they can only do it where they live.
