This isn't really news to anyone in cyber security. Like when the Gaza conflict started, according to the threat intel notices we got at the time, Iran was targeting any UK company with Israeli bonds. Russia are one of the biggest threat actors already, while China has been known to poke around and fund small groups.

Maybe the UK should do something about it, like expelling their ambassadors, putting sanctions on them, cutting off trade, or launching their own cyber attacks. It seems Starmer doesn't care about defending his country.
