Movie about an otherworldly hotel

I saw a clip of a movie set in a strange surreal hotel like building, the rooms were all very weird and the world itself was colorful but dim and decayed and disgusting. I remember there was a hole in one of the rooms and we could see it was flooded and filled with frogs, but the resident acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary. I don't believe the resident was humanoid but it was so long ago I can't remember.
