My sleep schedual

Im really tired and i dont want to go to sleep yet, lately ive been falling asleep way to early and also been waking up way to early, to counter this im gonna chat with youuuu yes youuu to keep myself awake

I go to school, but that doesnt start until 8:30 or 9 most days and after that i go to the gym everyday but when i get home i just eat and fall asleep

Oh nice, I assume you’re always tired because you go to the gym after school. That’s exactly what I do. I used to gym in the morning but then I was tired all day 😅

Some off my friend, they do the same and they tell me that they dont have this problem

They go to the gym after school and they don’t eat and go to bed straight away? Do you eat enough throughout the day to give you enough energy? If you’re not eating much and then go to the gym and have a big meal afterwards, that can make you get very groggy and tired

I try to eat enough but i dont eat breakfast because i am not hungry in the morning, and at midday i just eat some bread idk if thats enough

I used to get told breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Not sure how actually accurate it is. But the breakfast will give you energy until you’ve eaten your lunch and then your lunch until you go gym/eat dinner

What's the problem with that? I quite often wake up around 4am, it has its perks. No sod's up at that time so I can concentrate on things better and I can start work at 7am without feeling tired, making it much easier to work compressed hours and thus only have to be in work 4 days a week instead of 5.

I barely sleep at all. I'm on here listening to music all night and then I get on here in the morning. I may doze off and get about an hour, that's about it

I've been having that issue for the past couple of days. I'm sooo tired! BUT, Color-By-Number on my phone kinda sorta sometimes helps!
